HARVARD – A 23-year-old Harvard man was arrested several days after he allegedly exposed himself to two girls younger than 13.
Harvard police responded about 7:45 p.m. Aug. 3 to the 200 block of Dewey Street in Harvard for a report of a man exposing himself to two young girls, according to a news release from the Harvard Police Department.
At the time, a suspect was identified but not arrested, and a warrant for sexual exploitation of a child was issued. About 2 p.m. Wednesday, Lucas E. Garcia-Garcia, of the 700 block of Dewey Street, Harvard, was arrested near his residence.
Garcia-Garcia was convicted of public indecency in 2016, according to court records. He was required to undergo sexual offender treatment multiple times.
