Alexis Robles scored the first two goals for Harvard on Tuesday in a 4-2 Kishwaukee River Conference boys soccer win against Woodstock North in Harvard.
Adrian Gorostieta and Gustavo Mercado also scored for the Hornets, who improved to 11-7 overall and 10-1 in the KRC with the victory. Gorostieta added an assist and Hugo Escobar had three saves.
Scoring for the Thunder were Jesus Sanchez and Damien Alonzo. Mitch Ahrens had an assist and AJ Guanci made 12 saves in goal. Harvard ends the regular season at home Thursday against Woodstock (20-0, 11-0).
Richmond-Burton 4, Marengo 0: At Marengo, the Rockets shut out the Indians in KRC play. Kyle Townsend scored twice for R-B (3-12, 2-8 KRC), and Payton May and Charles Slove also scored. Hayden Rudkin had two assists, and Remy Grange and Liam Weck had one apiece. Reed Marshall made six saves in the shutout.
Prairie Ridge 2, Huntley 1: At Huntley, the Wolves finished the regular season at 17-2 and 6-2 in the Fox Valley Conference, tied with Jacobs for second place. Jon Walls had a goal and an assist for Prairie Ridge, Noah Smeja had a goal, and Nick Marconi had an assist.
Hampshire 3, McHenry 0: At Hampshire, Braeden Frenette, Kobe Frenette and Jose Marquez all scored for the Whip-Purs (11-7-3, 3-5 FVC). Jason Polletta and Andrew Krajecki combined for seven saves in the shutout. Jeff Adamson had four saves for McHenry (9-9-2, 3-5).
Crystal Lake Central 1, Belvidere 1: At Crystal Lake, the Tigers and Bucs played to a draw in a rain-shortened nonconference game. Nikhil Richard scored the lone goal for Central.
