2019 Everyday Heroes Nominations will be accepted Now through Wednesday, December 19, 2018.
Everyday Heroes are the people who make McHenry County a great place to work and live. In 2019, the Northwest Herald will honor heroes making a difference in their communities through everyday actions. Chosen heroes will be honored at an awards breakfast in March. At the end of February, a special print and online section of the Northwest Herald will feature these heroes.
To qualify, the nominee must either live or work in McHenry County. Nominees may be of any age. Tell us in 250-500 words what makes someone you know an Everyday Hero. Please be as specific as possible. Examples are helpful in the nomination review process.
