7 month old male
He came from a kill shelter at 2 months old with his 5 siblings and no mother. He was adopted but recently returned because the family decided they did not have the time to give a puppy. He is medium size and weighs 37 pounds. He is tricolored (black, tan and white) and he looks like he is wearing a mask. Our staff says he seems to like other dogs and he did alright with cats. This very sweet boy loves to cuddle and enjoys getting attention. They say he does well on a leash, loves going outside, enjoys playing with toys and just being with people.
We found he is good with all people including children. Cooper is energetic, enjoys running in the yard and playing hard like a puppy. We think he would be a great family dog if you have the time and patience to give a puppy. Puppies need training and lots of love. Cooper is a real joy because he seems to be happy all the time.
You can meet him at Helping Paws located at 2500 Harding Lane, Woodstock, Illinois (Off Route 14 at the Lake Shore Drive traffic light). You can visit us online at www.helpingpaws.net, or give us a call at 815-338-4400.
